Launch of the Ministerial Summit of the African Conference on Startups, Hosted by Algeria

The ministerial summit of the African Conference on Startups, chaired by Algeria and represented by Mr. Noureddine Ouacheh, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Microenterprises, has officially begun. The summit is attended by Ms. Salma Haddadi, Deputy Commissioner of the African Union, as well as the African Union Commissioners for Education, Science, and Innovation, and for Energy, alongside ministers representing African countries.

During the summit, participants will discuss the Fourth Algerian Ministerial Declaration on Startups, which focuses on supporting African champions and entrepreneurs by strengthening the ecosystem through African cooperation, harmonizing public policies, and promoting technology across the continent.
