Mr. Noureddine Ouadah, Minister of the Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-Enterprises, affirmed during the opening of the “Formatec Expo” exhibition that integrating modern technologies and artificial intelligence into training pathways has become a necessity to build skills capable of keeping pace with digital transformation.

In the presence of the Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Ms. Nassima Arhab, the Minister stressed the importance of updating training programs by adopting innovative solutions developed by national startups, in order to enhance the quality of training and strengthen the competitiveness of the economy.

Facilitating the Import of Equipment for Startups and Micro-Enterprises

Minister Noureddine Ouadah, together with the Minister of Foreign Trade, Mr. Kamel Rezig, chaired a working session dedicated to examining mechanisms to facilitate the import of equipment for startups and micro-enterprises.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to ensure continuous and field-based coordination in order to propose practical solutions for enterprises and to provide a more flexible and dynamic environment for entrepreneurship.

Meeting with Representatives of Startups and Micro-Enterprises

In the same context, the Minister held a meeting with a group of entrepreneurs to discuss concerns related to the import of equipment and priority materials.

He emphasized that this initial meeting would be followed by concrete steps aligned with the vision of the President of the Republic, aimed at empowering youth to create wealth and contribute to the national economy.

Working Session with Members of Parliament to Promote Entrepreneurship

Minister Noureddine Ouadah held working sessions with Members of Parliament from the wilayas of Boumerdes and Mascara, devoted to discussing mechanisms for integrating micro-enterprises into subcontracting projects and activating the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.

The meeting marked an important step in strengthening coordination between the sector and the legislative authority, and in supporting young entrepreneurs through practical solutions to overcome field challenges.

Minister Noureddine Ouadah Receives the Ambassador of the Netherlands

Minister Noureddine Ouadah received H.E. Anne Luyma, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Algeria, to discuss prospects for cooperation in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the exchange of expertise between entrepreneurs from both countries.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening economic partnership and supporting youth initiatives in technological fields.
