Minister Nouredine Ouadah: Digital Training to Promote Skills Mastery in Knowledge and Modern Technologies
Mr. Nouredine Ouadah, Minister of the Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Microenterprises, affirmed—during the opening of the first edition of the “Formatech Expo” at the Algiers Exhibition Palace in Pins Maritimes—that the integration of modern technologies and artificial intelligence into training pathways constitutes a fundamental pillar for developing human capital and strengthening the competitiveness of the national economy.
In the presence of the Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Ms. Nassima Arhab, the Minister pointed out that training based on modern technologies brings knowledge closer to citizens, enabling various segments of society across all provinces to develop their skills and access advanced learning opportunities.
At the same time, he stressed the need for training centers and universities to keep pace with digital transformations by adopting innovative solutions developed by national start-ups, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of training.
The Minister added that artificial intelligence poses new challenges to training systems, requiring mastery of technology and adaptation to the rapid pace of change. He reaffirmed that Algeria is moving forward in strengthening its digital ecosystem and building institutions capable of innovation in the fields of artificial intelligence and educational technology.
